10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Policy shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this Policy, the parties shall first endeavor to resolve such dispute amicably through mutual consultation.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, either party may file a claim with the competent court pursuant to the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Western District Court, which has jurisdiction over the location of the Company's principal place of business in Mapo-gu, Seoul, shall be the court of agreed jurisdiction.
